Despite criticism of the fighter's behavior, Joanna Jedrzejczyk highlighted that he considers Colby covington a great athlete, but he said he was confident in Jorge masvidal in the main fight of UFC 272.

“I'm very, very excited. Colby is a great athlete and I remember back in the day when he was always training on the mat. When training ended after an hour and a half, he did extra work with Jorge masvidal. It's crazy how they were friends, they were always together and now we see in the promotional videos that they are the biggest rivals. It's a tough fight for both of us, but I feel like Jorge masvidal will surprise you again like you did with Darren till or Ben Askren”, concluded Joanna.
