Johnny Walker's executioner at UFC Vegas 48, Jamahal Hill receives 180 days of medical suspension

Even with the knockout given to the Brazilian, the American suffered some injuries and will need to be away from the octagon for around six months

Even with the knockout applied to Johnny Walker No. UFC Las Vegas 48, Jamahal hill did not escape the world's most famous octagon unscathed. The Nevada Athletic Commission announced that the North American and nine other athletes received the maximum suspension of six months (180 days), applied to athletes who have suspected significant injuries.

According to the Athletic Commission, Hill will need to undergo imaging tests to investigate possible injuries to his left elbow, right forearm and left knee. If he is released by a specialist, the American will be able to return to action before the 180 days initially foreseen in the medical suspension. The same goes for the other nine athletes preventively suspended.

Besides Jamahal hill, the following athletes received six months of medical suspension: Nikolas Motta, Abdul Razak Alhassan, Gabriel benitez, Jessica Rose Clark, Chas Skelly, Mark Striegl, Diana Belbita, Christian rodriguezand mario bautista.
