Johnny Walker speaks out after defeat to Jamahal Hill and promises not to give up: 'let's go to the next one'

In a video published on social media, the Brazilian lamented the defeat but said he was prepared for the next challenge

Brutally knocked out by Jamahal hill in the main fight of UFC Las Vegas 48, played last Saturday (19), Johnny Walker he assured that he was ready to continue his life in the organization. In a video published on social media last Sunday (20), the Brazilian thanked his fans for their support and promised not to give up.

Johnny Walker was knocked out by Jamahal hill still in the first round of the duel, after being hit by a heavy right hand. The Brazilian was unable to speak to the press after the fight, but published a video on social media reassuring fans and updating him on his condition.

In the video, Walker appears in a hotel room accompanied by his girlfriend, trainers, manager and some pizza boxes. The fighter showed a cut on the side of his face, regretted having “blundered” during the fight, but said he was prepared to move on.

"Hey guys. I am fine. Just a little cut here. I slept through the fight, then something wrong happened. I'm here with my coaches, my manager, a lot of pizza. Let's eat, be happy and let's move on to the next one. I hurt just a little, I made a mistake, but life goes on. I’m fine and let’s go to the next one”, said the Brazilian.
