The HSBC Arena hosts the fourth edition of UFC Rio and features 15 Brazilians in its fight program as well as an old acquaintance in the main fight. At UFC Rio 2, in January 2012, José Aldo knocked out Chad Mendes and celebrated the victory with the fans in a huge Tupiniquim party. This time, the featherweight champion faces Chan sung jung: Korean zombie, and promises a new show for the fans.

“I don't care what he does in the fight, I just care about going forward and doing my job. This is my home and I’m going to go over him”, said the champion.

In turn, the “Korean zombie”, heavily booed by the Brazilian public throughout the week of the event, guarantees that he does not mind the opposing fans. “I don’t worry, I’m confident and I’m sure I can win,” declared the South Korean.
