The big moment is coming. With the weights down, it's time for the traditional Ultimate facing ceremony. This Friday (11), starting at 19pm (Brasília time), the 28 athletes scheduled for the show will come face to face for the last time before measuring up in the Octagon. The leading role is Israel adesanya e Robert whittaker, who will face each other for the middleweight belt (up to 83,9kg.).

One of the biggest stars in recent Ultimate history, Israel adesanya makes his first appearance in the 2022 season. Undefeated in the under-83,9kg category, the Nigerian seeks to extend his good phase and wants to be successful in his fourth belt defense.
Former title holder, Whittaker did well to regain his status as challenger. The athlete went through three opponents to be able to fight the long-awaited rematch with Israel, responsible for the 'fall of his empire', in 2019.
The co-main fight marks a 'meeting of carts'. On one side, Derrick Lewis seeks to defend third place in the heavyweight rankings. From the other, Tai tuivasa seeks to expand the good moment and make a significant leap in the division led by Francis Ngannou.
For the Brazilian fans, two representatives. On the preliminary card, Renato Moicano faces Alexander Hernandez, due to its light weight (up to 70,3kg.). Among the bantamweights (up to 61,2kg.), Douglas D' Silva shares the Octagon with Sergey Mozorov.
