After seeing Acelino Popó achieve a boom in followers on Instagram, at the request of Whindersson Nunes, boxer Esquiva Fernandes also showed interest in growing the number of fans on his social networks. In a humorous post on his Twitter, the Olympic medalist asked the digital influencer to carry out the same 'campaign' for him and congratulated the four-time world boxing champion on his performance in the confrontation.

Before the fight against Whindersson, Popó had approximately 600 thousand followers on his Instagram. Just under 24 hours after the digital influencer's request, the four-time world boxing champion had already reached around 2,3 million fans on his social network, a number far removed from the 57 million enjoyed by the YouTuber and comedian from Piauí.

Undefeated in professional boxing with 29 victories, Esquiva awaits his next duel in the noble art, when he will compete for the International Boxing Federation (FIB) middleweight belt. The title is currently held by Kazakh Gennadiy Gennadyevich Golovkin.
