Without a defined opponent or expected date for his return to the ring, the YouTuber said he was focused on other aspects of his professional life.

“There’s a lot going on in other aspects of my life. I'm doing press conferences in the next few weeks to promote Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano and I'm really busy with business so I haven't even been back to the gym to train yet. I need to talk to my coaches, but I believe it will be in August, September, maybe a little later. Maybe if the stars align somehow or I change my mind, things could change, but at this point I don't feel motivated to start another training camp”, revealed Paul while participating in “MMA Hour”.

A name on the radar Jake Paul is the Anderson Silva, MMA legend, who recently surpassed Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Tito Ortiz in the boxing rings. If last year, the YouTuber stated he had no interest in facing the Brazilian, things seem to have changed.

“Yes, I would definitely love that fight. It's an interesting story. I think he was the first celebrity I saw in my life. Right when MMA exploded, my father was a big fan and went to this local event that he probably paid for. Anderson Silva attend, because it was in Ohio, so I don't know how he would be there. But I asked for his autograph and we took a photo with him. I was about 12 years old, but I think I was the first celebrity I met. So it would be fun to come full circle and fight someone who was one of my first idols,” he said. Jake Paul.
