Daniel Cormier 'accompanies' Michael Bisping and also criticizes Jon Jones: 'He needs to fight'

In an interview with 'ESPN', the eternal rival of 'Bones' complained about his long absence from the most famous octagon in the world

Former light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg), Jon Jones continues to be criticized for its long downtime. After Michael Bisping, the current commentator Daniel Cormier he also attacked 'Bones' for using too much provocation to members of the heavyweight elite (up to 120,2kg) and staying away from the Octagon. The statement was given in an interview with 'ESPN'.

"For me, Jon Jones need to fight. At some point, you have to fight. You have to fight. It's one thing to be the champion, to defend, to fight. Even when he and I were going through our situation, he would get suspended but he would come back and fight. Even when it meant fighting Ovince St-Preux when I was injured. Ultimately, he was struggling. Now, he's just talking. When will you fight? As bad as it was, Ngannou had a knee injury, got injured, had a bad training camp, all these things and still fought”, concluded the 'DC'.

At 34 years of age, Jon Jones continues to prepare to make his debut in the heavyweight division. Away from the octagon since February 2020, 'Bones' has stood out most for the provocations made on his Twitter to future opponents in the category. The North American has a record of 26 wins and just one setback in professional MMA.
