The 2022 season in combat sports has kicked off and, with that, the show of oddities around the world also begins. To 'open the works' of the unusual scenes, the Russian event 'Epic Fighting Championship' was marked by a cage invasion in an intergender MMA confrontation. On that occasion, a friend, upon seeing the fighter about to be submitted, interfered in the fight, preventing the outcome.

According to 'MMA fighting', the duel marked the clash between Alexander Pistoletov, an adult film actor, and Sasha Mamaha, a local 'blogger'. In the images (see below), it is possible that both showed little intimacy in mixed martial arts.
In the opening seconds of the video released by the internet user 'Matysek', at the Twitter, Pistoletov gets a takedown and, on top, gets closer to getting a submission. The unlikely, however, happens with just over a minute of playback.
A friend of Mamaha's, noticing the fighter's condition, intervenes. The individual invades the cage and jumps to save his partner, but is immediately removed by the referee.
With the confrontation interrupted, the parties agreed to hold another round, which passed in a heated manner and went to the judges' decision. After four rounds, Sasha was declared the winner of the match.
