“I'm willing to fight at any time and, when I played at featherweight, that's why. If another chance comes along (in our minds) that makes sense, I'll take it. Because there is the belt, but you never know what will happen”, said Holm.

The American showed some concern about the future of the under-65,7kg division, but reinforced that she intends to remain in the bantamweight division.

“If Amanda fights now, it will be for a rematch (with Julianna Pena)? So what does featherweight look like? What would I be aiming for there? So my focus will be on bantamweight, which is where I like to be anyway. That's my category. I'm open to fighting in both (divisions), but it makes more sense to fight in bantamweight”, concluded the 'Shepherd's Daughter'.

Former bantamweight champion, Holm shocked the world in November 2015 when she knocked out the then-undefeated Ronda Rousey. After a bad sequence of results, Holly recovered and is riding on two consecutive victories in the organization. The North American has a record of 12 triumphs and five setbacks in professional MMA.
