“After fighting several newcomers, I was excited to fight Elkins because he was someone who had been around for a while, close to my age. I was like, 'Ah, we're two veterans, let's see who's the best.' I think fighting Urijah (Faber) is the same thing on a similar level. People love him and they've loved me for years, so I think it's always a big struggle. We should have fought many, many times and never did, so why not now? We should do it for a defunct WEC belt.
