According to information from the website 'IDNES.cz', Radek was prevented from competing because he had a tattoo with the face of Adolf Hitler, famous leader of the Nazi movement, on his arm. The Czech fighter also had a drawing of a skull on his chest, which referred to the extermination group responsible for administering the extermination camps.

“It can't happen that you come here with something like that. We have a clause about this in the contract, we could fine him. For the tattoo on his chest too. In no way! It is absolutely justified that there is an outcry. We haven't studied what he looks like, nor have our photographers or our cameramen noticed the tattoo. Nobody talked about it beforehand. We didn’t know about it, certainly not”, criticized Ondřej Novotný, promoter of the event.

In an interview with the newspaper 'Extra.cz', the fighter expressed regret for the tattoo and said it was the result of a 'troubled past'. Teammates understood his punishment, but claimed he was already planning to remove the tattoo.

“I grew up in a troubled community of people who got this tattoo. At the time, I didn't know what to do with my life, I was young and this tattoo was stupid. Later, I started doing martial arts, which led me to a completely different life and worldview. I have more tattoos that I regret, I slowly remove them all. I also want to apologize for my statement”, explained Rousal.

The 'Oktagon MMA 30' card had a Brazilian taking part in the main fight of the event. In the fight for the flyweight belt (up to 56,7kg), Mabelly Lima from Ceará faced champion Tereza Bledá and was knocked out in the first round of the match.
