The recent rivalry between Dana White and Jake Paul gained new chapters at the beginning of 2022. Through social networks, Jake Paul, who is known in the military for better working conditions for fighters, proposed three measures for Dana White and guaranteed that, if they are met, he will accept a contract to face the welterweight (up to 77 kg) Jorge masvidal in the UFC octagon.

The measures proposed by Jake Paul aim to increase UFC athletes' base salary per fight to more than four times the current amount; ensure that fighters receive half of the organization's annual revenue; and provide medium to long-term assistance to fighters.

“Happy New Year, Dana White. Here is a real challenge for you…

I will immediately retire from boxing and fight Jorge masvidal in the UFC if you agree to:

PUBLICITY:

1) Increase the minimum payout to fighters per fight to $50 (it’s $12 now)

2) Guarantee UFC fighters 50% of UFC's annual revenue ($1 billion in 2021)

3) Provide medical care to all fighters (you already said brain damage is part of the job… Imagine if the NFL said that). There are many former UFC members who have said publicly that they are suffering from brain damage

PUBLICITY:

You have 5 days to accept and until March 31, 2022 to implement the measures above. Once implemented, I will immediately retire from boxing, join USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency) and sign a one-fight contract with the UFC to fight Jorge weak chin (Jorge masvidal)

To all UFC fighters – it’s time to stand up and value yourself and your colleagues. You deserve higher pay, you deserve long-term health care, and most of all, you deserve freedom. Help each other. I'm not your enemy, I'm your lawyer... Who, selfishly, wants to knock out some of you to make a lot of money.”
