In a fight valid for RIZIN 33, in RIZIN's last event of the year, young Kota Miura, just 19 years old, debuted with a masterful triumph and, through a 'goal shot', beat Yushi Sakura in the first round.

Coincidentally, Miura is the son of Kazuyoshi Miura, a Japanese football player who played for Brazilian teams such as Coritiba, Palmeiras and Santos.
Known as 'King' (or king, in free translation), Kazu was in the arena to watch the duel and was thrilled with Kota's victory.
One of the main differences between Asian and Western MMA is the release of blows such as stomps and goal shots (kicks to the head of an opponent lying on the ground), movements similar to those applied in football. As a result, the strike was valid and marked Kota Miura's first positive result.
