Amidst the difficulties in renewing Francis Ngannou, Utlimate President Dana White provided an update on the case. The agent stated that he met with the Cameroonian and had a 'good conversation', in addition to blaming his agents for difficulties in negotiation.

“Francis and I met the other night at a restaurant. We had a good conversation. And he won't be out of contract if he wins the fight (x Gane). I think he'll have another fight with us after this. I think Francis and I had a good conversation.
