The sad attitude of Priscila Pedrita No. UFC 269 continues to resonate among Ultimate's 'top brass'. In a statement given on his podcast, the company's official commentator Joe Rogan harshly criticized the eye poke applied by the Brazilian in Gillian robertson and asked for the Brazilian athlete to be fired.

Outraged by the Brazilian's illegal blow, the official Ultimate commentator classified it as one of the worst cheats he had ever seen in the octagon and supported the Brazilian athlete's dismissal.
“Look at this, man! That finger is deep inside the eyeball. And she did it twice. She literally reached for her eye and stuck her finger inside her eye. You can not do that! You have to be cut! Look at this sh*t! This is so crazy! It's not just a clear foul, this is f***ing cheating, it's worse than taking steroids. If you take steroids you are suspended for two years, I agree. You do this? Same thing. Get out of here! It was one of the worst examples of clear cheating I've ever seen. She is clearly cheating, cut her out of the UFC now! Get out of here”, concluded Joe.
The illegal coup carried out by Pedrita took place in UFC 269, on December 11th. When trying to defend himself from a rear naked choke applied by Gillian robertson, the Brazilian fighter clearly stuck her finger in her opponent's eye, in a clear attempt to defend herself from the blow. The trick didn't work and Priscila was defeated by the Canadian in the first round.
