Rameau Sokoudjou out of UFC
According to a report from the American website Five Ounces Of Pain, Cameroonian Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou is out of the UFC's plans for 2009.
After appearing as a big surprise at Pride in 2007, when he quickly knocked out the Brazilians Rogério Minotouro e Ricardo arona, Sokoudjou signed with Ultimate, but was unable to repeat his great results. He debuted in the octagon at UFC-79, being submitted by Lyoto Machida, then recovered by defeating Japanese Kazuhiro Nakamura by technical knockout at UFC-84, but was defeated again by Brazilian Luis Arthur “Banha” by technical knockout at UFC-89.
