Charles of the Bronx finished Dustin poirier and defended the lightweight belt for the first time in the main fight of UFC 269, last Saturday (11) and you already know who will be the next challenger for your position: Justin gaethje. The information was confirmed by UFC president Dana White at the press conference after the event.

Before facing Poirier, Charles of the Bronx was the target of constant criticism and provocation from Gaethje. After the Brazilian's victory in UFC 269, the two met backstage at the event in a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
