After appearing in 15th place in the UFC's bantamweight rankings (up to 61,2kg), Norm Dumont stated that he should play in the category in his next commitment. The athlete, who comes from victory over Aspen ladd acting among the featherweights (up to 65,7kg), he used social media to talk about the subject. The fighter's tone is one of excitement.

“Possibly, I will have to lose weight. The work has already started and we didn't get back much (natural weight) after the last fight (in October). (…) We are already focused on the weight. Let's continue and go down a little more, to get closer (to 61,2kg.). It looks like you'll soon see me at 61kg.”, said the athlete, on her account on Instagram, via stories.

Happy with the opportunity to appear among the 15 best in the division led by Amanda nunes, Dumont did not hide his excitement. The Brazilian took the opportunity to send a message to her fans.

“Trouble has just arrived. I'm very happy with this, because I'll be able to fight more often. If it were easy, everyone would do it,” she concluded.

In Ultimate since February 2020, Norma currently has four fights for the organization. So far, the 31-year-old fighter has three victories and one stumble.
