Kenny Florian will fight for lightweight belt against BJ Penn

After an impeccable performance at UFC-91, when he submitted Joe Stevenson with a rear naked choke in the first round, the American Kenny Florian won the right to challenge the UFC lightweight champion, the Hawaiian B.J. Penn. Florian, who had already competed for the title, against Sean Sherk, but ended up being defeated in the judges' decision, at UFC-64, in 2006

The duel will take place after BJ disputes the welterweight belt against Georges St Pierre, in January.
