This Saturday (16), Ultimate presents another card full of good fights. Before taking action in UFC Las Vegas 42, however, fighters have to pass the scale. This Friday, starting at 12:50 pm (Brasília time), the 22 athletes scheduled for the event will perform the official weigh-in for the show.

The main fight of the night features a duel that could dictate the direction of the featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg). Former champion and current first place in the category ranking, Max Holloway measures forces against Yair Rodriguez, which occupies third position in the ranking. The duel between the Hawaiian and the Mexican should define the next challenger for the Alexander Volkanovsky.
Brazil is represented in the co-main fight of the event. In the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg), Marcos Foot faces veteran Ben Rothwell, with his eye on a possible place in the top 15 of the category.
Two more Brazilians enter action on the preliminary card of the UFC Las Vegas 42. In the second fight of the night, Rafael Alves seeks his first victory in Ultimate against Marc Diakiese, in the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg). In the same weight category, Thiago Moses tries to recover from the defeat suffered against Islam makhachev and faces the Spaniard Joel Álvarez.
