Amputee fighter Nick Newell faces Keon Caldwell at WSOF 4

North American, who suffers from congenital amputation, will make his debut for the organization

After signing with the WSOF, American fighter Nick Newell, who is missing part of his left arm, got his first fight for the organization. Newell will face Keon Caldwell in the fourth edition of the event, on August 10th.

Nick “Notorious” Newell, 27, has won the nine fights he has had as a professional to date and is a former holder of the Xtreme Fighting Championship (XFC) lightweight belt. The athlete suffers from congenital amputation, a condition that results in his left forearm not growing.

PUBLICITY:

WSOF 4 takes place on August 10th at Citizens Bank Arena, in Ontario, California (USA). Three Brazilians are scheduled for the event (Marlon moraes, Gesias Cavalcante and Jorge Santiago), which will also feature a fight involving the organization's president, Ray Sefo.
