A few days after the announcement that the third clash between Junior Gypsy e Cain Velazquez could happen in October, the Brazilian tried to start warming up the atmosphere with the current UFC heavyweight champion. During his participation in the “Pânico” program, on Jovem Pan radio, Cigano mocked the power of his rival’s blows.
“He hits like a girl. Velasquez beat me during the five rounds and I came out without a single cut on my face. I left swollen, so I went to the hospital”, said Junior do Santos, commenting on the defeat he suffered against the American in December last year – which cost him the heavyweight title.

There is still no official date for the third meeting between Junior Gypsy e Cain Velazquez. However, according to information published by the Canadian website UFC Central, the Ultimate organization has already defined that the confrontation will take place in October, in the city of Houston (USA).
In November 2011, Junior dos Santos knocked out Cain Velazquez in the first meeting between the two and won the UFC heavyweight title. Just over a year later, in December last year, the North American came back and beat the Brazilian by unanimous decision of the judges and regained the division title.
