Former top 10 bantamweight, Jimmie Rivera has a deal underway with 'boxing without gloves', says coach

One of the division's highlights in recent years, the North American joins other famous fighters on the Bare Knuckle FC squad

Former top 10 in the bantamweight division (up to 61,2kg), Jimmie rivera is close to agreeing with a new organization. According to the North American's coach, 'El Terror' should play for Bare Knuckle FC, the 'Boxing Without Gloves'. The debut date and first opponent have not yet been announced by the company. The statement was given in an interview with 'The Schmo'.

Hired by the UFC in 2015, Rivera had a rapid rise in the organization after posting five consecutive victories. His streak was broken when he suffered a beautiful knockout to the Brazilian Marlon moraes, in June 2018. After the first setback, the American had five fights in the company with two victories (over Cody Staman and John Dodson) and three defeats (Petr yan, aljamain sterling e Peter Munhoz).

'El Terror' was fired from the company in August 2021. In his professional MMA career, he has a record of 23 victories and five setbacks.
