North American James Krause has many reasons to celebrate this Saturday night (15). In his Ultimate debut, the lightweight submitted the Canadian Sam stout at UFC 161, an event held in the city of Winnipeg, and also won two bonus awards from the show.
In an event full of fights that ended in judges' decisions, Krause bagged the best submission bonus for the guillotine choke on Stout. Furthermore, both fighters won the award for best fight of the night. Krause pocketed US$50, around R$107 for each bonus.
The best knockout award went to Shawn Jordan. The heavyweight needed just 59 seconds to take Pat Barry to the ground and take home the sum.
