This Wednesday (27), starting at 17:30 pm, the third season of the Professional Fighters League (PFL) ends. In an event held in Florida (USA), the organization promotes the finals of the tournaments in the six weight categories. In addition to the title, each champion takes home a prize of US$1 million (approximately R$5,5 million).

Three of the six weight categories have Brazilian fighters in their finals: Bruno Cappelozza, in heavy vehicles (up to 120,2 kg); Antonio Shoe Guy, in light heavyweights (up to 93 kg); It is Raush Manfio, in light weights (up to 70,3 kg). In the main fight of the event, the two-time Olympic judo champion Kayla harrison defends his unbeaten record and lightweight title against Taylor Guardado.

The first Brazilian to take action on this Wednesday's card is Raush Manfio, who is in the final of the lightweight tournament against the Tajik Loik Radzhabov in the penultimate fight of the preliminary card. Owner of an inspiring story, the gaucho won his place in the tournament with victories over Joilton Peregrino and the former UFC champion Anthony Pettis. In the semifinals, “War Horse” overcame Clay Collard.

Soon after, it's time to Antonio Shoe Guy take action in the light heavyweight final, against the Norwegian Martin Hamlet. A former UFC fighter, the native of Paraíba won his place in the tournament with a victory over Tom Lawlor and an unsuccessful fight against Vinny Magalhães. In the semifinals, the champion of the third season of The Ultimate Fighter beat Argentine Emiliano Sordi.

The only Brazilian on the main card of the event, Bruno Cappelozza face the Croatian Before Delija in the heavyweight final. Owner of an extremely heavy hand, Cappelozza has 13 victories in his career, all of them by knockout. The 32-year-old athlete has already knocked out himself Before Delija in the current season.

The main fight of the night is the responsibility of the organization's biggest star. Champion in 2019, Kayla harrison faces Taylor Guardado looking for his second PFL lightweight tournament title. Two-time Olympic champion in judo, the North American is undefeated in MMA with 11 victories, five by knockout and four by submission.

Also two-time Olympic champion, but in boxing, Claressa shields is another major highlight of the event. In addition to her Olympic resume, the North American is a multiple world champion as a professional in the noble art and has been dividing herself between the ring and the PFL cage, where she is having her second fight as an MMA professional this Wednesday against Abigail Montes.
