According to a report from the American portal MMA Weekly, Brazilian Hermes França was detained by American police for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in the city of Jupiter, Florida.
The black belt who was an illustrious presence at the WEC-36 edition, held on Wednesday night, and was arrested shortly after the event, by a police officer similar to the Brazilian. There is still no information whether Hermes has been released or whether he remains in detention.
