Featuring many athletes who do not appear among the top ten names in their divisions, TUF Brasil 2 Finale did not cause major changes to the official UFC rankings in its most recent update. The most significant change occurred with the fall of heavyweight Rodrigo Minotouro, defeated by Fabricio Werdum in the main event of the event.

Minotauro, who previously occupied eighth place, ended up dropping two positions and is currently tenth in the 120 kg Ultimate category. With the Brazilian's fall, the main beneficiaries were Travis Brownie and Mark Hunt, who gained the positions lost by the former interim PRIDE and UFC champion and are in eighth and new, respectively.

Furthermore, even without acting, TJ Dillashaw e Gray Maynard each moved up one place. This change is due to the entry of new voting members into the group of journalists accredited by Ultimate. The complete ranking, weight by weight and in each of the nine categories, is available on the official UFC website.
