Former Ultimate fighter, Mike Brown gave his prediction for the main clash of the UFC 269, an event that takes place on December 11th. “I love confrontation. It's exciting. He (Charles of the Bronx) is an elite grappler, one of the best in the sport and it will be a fun fight. However, I think Dustin (Poirier) is the best lightweight in the world. (The UFC) is a very good company, and that shows the caliber of fighter he really is. He is one of the greatest to ever play the sport,” said Poirier, in an interview with 'MMA fighting'.

Dustin poirier comes into contention after winning Conor McGregor on two occasions and is looking for his first linear title in the organization. He has a record of 28 triumphs and six setbacks in his career.
