The relaxed style of Carlos Boi has given the fighter more and more fans. In the final stretch of preparation for his fight against Andrei Arlovski, UFC Las Vegas 40, the Brazilian shows confidence in his main weapon in MMA: boxing. Proof of this was a moment of humor brought by the athlete when answering a fan's question on social media, who asked if the athlete was 'training on the ground'.

Representative from Bahia, Carlos has been charting a successful trajectory within the UFC. After a stumble in his debut, in the controversial defeat to Sergey Spivak, the heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) managed to achieve three consecutive victories.
Famous for his aggressive style inside the octagon, the athlete, after his last triumph in June, asked for a confrontation against Andrei Arlovski, and it was attended to. On October 16, the Brazilian will return to action to try for another positive result in his most important duel for the company to date.
At 26 years old, Boi has 12 appearances in professional MMA. The Bahian has 11 wins and one stumble. Former interim heavyweight champion, Arlovski will reach the impressive mark of 54 commitments in the sport. The veteran has 31 triumphs, 20 setbacks and two 'unsuccessful' duels.
