After stating that he would only fulfill the agreement if he had the right to a rematch, the former UFC welterweight champion (up to 77 kg) went back and assured, during an interview with Canadian journalist Ariel Helwani, that he will tattoo the phrase “I I love Jake Paul” this Saturday (25). Woodley, however, still believes he deserves the rematch.

“I think the right thing is to do it again. By the way, I think I'm going to get the tattoo this Saturday (25th). I feel like I should do it, it's something solid. Yes, I’ll do it on Saturday”, assured Woodley during the interview carried out on Instagram.

Woodley assured that he will fulfill the agreement, but did not reveal where on the body he will pay tribute to Jake Paul. Face and neck, however, are discarded.

“Not on the neck, and not on the face. I should do it on my f***ing fingers. For me this is how it works: if you want to pay me to kick your ass, since he paid me and promoted the fight, then I love you”, said the former UFC champion.

Meanwhile, Jake Paul doesn't seem interested in a possible rematch against Woodley. The YouTuber recently turned his attention to Tommy Fury, brother of the world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
