“These are two of the best 'talkers' and they have a great history, a rivalry. They need to fight. It's time to Conor McGregor e Nate diaz return to the octagon and fight for the third time,” said Cormier, on his program 'DC & RC'.

To enhance Daniel's suggestion, Conor and Nate have revived their Octagon rivalry on social media. After the serious injury suffered by the Irishman in UFC 264, fighters have been exchanging barbs and stirring up news involving mixed martial arts.

A popularity phenomenon, Diaz has just one more fight left on his UFC contract. McGregor, in turn, is going through a difficult time, after a fracture in his left ankle and with a recent record of three setbacks in the last four appearances.

It is not yet known when Conor will be able to resume his activities as a UFC representative. The expectation is that the Irishman will return in 2022.
