Former flyweight champion (up to 56,7kg.), Deiveson Figueiredo asked, but should not be answered. After demanding an immediate rematch from Brandon Moreno, for the division title, Ultimate seems to have other plans for the current leader of the group. According to 'MMA Island', the company negotiates a clash between the Mexican and another Brazilian, Alexandre pantoja, For UFC 269, which takes place on December 11th.

If the confrontation is made official, this will be the third meeting between Moreno and Alexandre. The athletes have already faced each other on two occasions and, on both occasions, the Tupiniquim team came out on top.
A flyweight standout for years, Pantoja could reach his dream title fight after an impeccable recent record. The athlete has two positive results in a row and, today, occupies third place in the ranking.
At the top of the division, Brandon wore the belt after overcoming Deiveson in early June. At the time, the Mexican took no notice of the 'God of War', nullifying the actions of the man from Pará and achieving victory with a submission in the third round.
If the title fight is confirmed, the clash will mark the third title fight at the December 11th event. The company has already made official the clash between Amanda nunes e Julianna Pena, for the throne of roosters (up to 61,2kg.) and negotiates the confrontation between Charles of the Bronx e Dustin poirier, for the position of 'king of lightweights', group up to 70,3kg.
