The movement for duels between fighters from different organizations has gained yet another huge following. After the father of Bellator featherweight (up to 65,7kg) champion AJ Mckee, the CEO of the PFL, Peter Murray was also in favor of the confrontation between athletes from different companies and was willing to 'open this path'.

“We are an advocate of promotions facing each other. Let's support our fighters all the time. There are many fights we would like to settle with other organizations. I think this is the direction the sport is going. We want to open this path. It's not just under our roof. Let's give the fans what they want,” Murray told 'MMA Junkie'.
While Murray doesn't realize his dream, the PFL already has a date set for its last card of the year. On October 27th, the organization will hold a great show where the grand final of the 2021 season tournaments will take place. Raush Manfio, Bruno Cappelozza e Antonio Shoe Guy will fight in the decision of the lightweight (up to 70,3kg), heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) and light heavyweight (up to 93kg) GP, respectively.
