MMA has already revealed big names in its years of existence. Anderson Silva, Jon Jones, Georges St-Pierre are representatives who commonly visit the 'Greatest List' of various fans. For Joe Rogan, however, there is no doubt as to who leads the ranking of the best in history. According to the UFC's main commentator, Khabib Nurmagomedov is the king and the analyst explains.

“In my opinion, Khabib is the best candidate, because he has never lost a fight and has barely been defeated in a single round. Maybe he lost or mugged to Conor (McGregor), and it seemed like he was holding back, when you conserve energy. So, he could end up with Conor anyway, just like he did. He recovered and finished. (…) It is predictable that Khabib will be the best of all time”, said Rogan, in his podcast.

Lightweight legend (up to 70,3 kg.), Khabib joined the select group of fighters who achieved an undefeated trajectory in combat sports. In professional MMA, the Russian made 29 appearances, triumphing at every opportunity.

An Ultimate phenomenon, Nurmagomedov left the sport in October last season. At the time, the fighter had just finished Justin gaethje and unify the group belt up to 70,3kg.
