“The exam went very well. I got back on the bike before he said I would be able to bear weight. I'm swinging (my feet) way ahead of schedule. Let's continue. It was good news. We had good news from the doctor”, declared the Irishman.
The 'Notório' also celebrated the fact that he no longer needed to wear boots and sent a message to his opponents.
“I think that bone is back, to be honest. The ankle is feeling great. … I already wear flip-flops, so that’s a good sign. I also got rid of the boots. Not over yet. We’re just warming up”, concluded the former UFC champion.
Even though he is only expected to return to the Octagon in 2022, Conor is already targeting possible opponents for his next fight. The quadrilogy against Dustin poirier and even a rematch against José Aldo. The controversial Irishman has a record of 22 triumphs and six setbacks.
