Veteran fighter Clifford Starks, 32, is the latest athlete fired by Ultimate. Starks was released by the main MMA organization on the planet after suffering his second consecutive defeat, to Yoel romero Palacio at UFC on FOX 7.

Clifford Starks spent most of his career with Rage in the Cage, an organization for which he had six fights. After a fight at Shark Fights 20, Starks debuted in Ultimate in 2011, winning dustin jacoby, at UFC 137.

Despite his age, Clifford has a relatively small cartel. The American only had ten fights as a professional. Interestingly, the only two defeats he suffered in his entire career, both in the UFC, cost him his contract with the organization.
