After several rumors, Ultimate made the organization's return to Abu Dhabi official. On the afternoon of this Tuesday (10), through its social networks, the company confirmed its return to 'Ilha da Luta' for the UFC 267, scheduled for October 30th. The duel valid for the light heavyweight title (up to 93kg) between Jan Blachowicz e Glover Teixeira should lead the long-awaited card.

Although not yet made official by the organization, the light heavyweight title clash between the champion Jan Blachowicz and the Brazilian Glover Teixeira must lead the show. The rematch valid for the bantamweight title (up to 61,2kg) between the leader aljamain sterling and the Russian Petr yan is also speculated to be part of the return card to 'Ilha da Luta'.
The last event hosted in Abu Dhabi was the UFC 257 in January of this year. At the time, the card was headlined by the second duel between Conor McGregor e Dustin poirier. The confrontation ended with a knockout victory for the American fighter.
