New king of Bellator, A. J. McKee He just wants to know about big challenges in his career. Executioner of Patrick Pitbull this Saturday (31), in Los Angeles (USA), the new featherweight champion (up to 65,7kg) admitted his dream of testing himself against a UFC star. At the press conference after this weekend's show, the North American spoke about the subject.

"I would say Max Holloway (as name to face). That was always my dream fight when I was a kid. I see him defeat people,” said the Bellator champion.
Even showing respect to the former leader of the under-65,7kg category. of Ultimate, AJ did not hide his confidence in his talent. Without hesitation, the fighter claimed to be the best in the group among all organizations.
“At the end of the day, I’m the best fighter in the featherweight division. I don't care who (the opponent) is. I will always show up,” he concluded.
With the triumph over Pitbull, McKee made history by beating the biggest name in Bellator to date. After putting out the Brazilian with a guillotine in the first round, the North American ended a hegemony that lasted more than four years.
