Executioner of Brazilian at UFC Las Vegas 33, Cheyanne Buys earns R$260 thousand for brutal knockout

The trampling of Cheyanne buys about Glorinha de Paula in the co-main event of UFC Las Vegas 33, this Saturday (31), yielded good results at strawweight (up to 52,1kg.). Victorious with a hard knockout over the Brazilian in the first round, the combatant won one of the bonuses of US$50 (around R$260) and will leave the arena with a full pocket. Melsik Baghdasaryan also gets 'jackpot' for acting and 'Best Confrontation' went to 'Jason Witt x Bryan Barbarena'.

This weekend, Buys stepped into the Octagon looking for his first victory with Ultimate gloves. Revealed by 'Dana White's Contender Series', the fighter ended up losing in her debut, in March of this season, and now, she can dream of greater achievements in the division led by Rose namajunas. The knockout over Glorinha happened in the first minute of the fight.

Another fighter who has a lot to celebrate is Melsik Baghdasaryan. In his first commitment for the company, the featherweight (up to 65,7kg) brutalized Collin Anglin by knockout in the second round. For the show, the athlete took an extra US$50.

The 'Fight of the Night' award was given to the athletes who opened the main card. In dispute at welterweight (up to 77kg.), Jason Witt and Bryan Barbarena left it all in the octagon. After three rounds, Witt won the majority decision of the judges.
