A. J. McKee is the new Bellator featherweight champion. The North American revelation was not aware of Patrick Pitbull and submitted the Brazilian with a guillotine choke after achieving a knockdown with a high kick.
The fight, which was surrounded by rivalry, started out quite studied. But as soon as AJ went up, he kicked high and the Brazilian fell. The American celebrated, but Pitbull still managed to stay on his feet. McKee, however, used a guillotine choke and knocked out Patrício.
