Troubled by possible mistakes made by judges in MMA fights, Francis Ngannou took sides and asked for solutions to future problems involving errors in scores. After defending Miranda Maverick following the controversial result against Maycee Barber, UFC Las Vegas 32, the Ultimate champion demanded actions so that athletes are not harmed in similar situations.

“It's interesting how we see injustices done to fighters by some judges. We talk about it and then move on, only to get angry again the next time,” the UFC champion wrote on his Twitter account. Twitter.
Leader of the heavyweights (up to 120,2kg) in Ultimate, Ngannou also spoke about the financial loss suffered by athletes who could be harmed by a mistake. The combatant then asked for financial compensation to be given to those who did not win due to a possible mistake made by the evaluation committee.
“The fighter has to go home without reward, with all the frustration and half his money, even with a job well done. Something needs to be done to stop these athletes from being harmed. Justice for fighters”, concluded the ‘giant’.
Last weekend, the duel between the flies (up to 56,7kg.), Maycee barber e Miranda maverick caught attention on the main card. After three rounds, the first was declared the winner with a unanimous decision. On the specialized website, ‘MMA Decisions’, all 22 journalists analyzing the confrontation evaluated the fight in a way contrary to the official result.
