Leandro Buscapé agrees with UFC and faces Ildemar Marajó at TUF Brasil 2 Finale

Brazil has a new representative in the ranks of Ultimate fighters. Late Wednesday night (24), the UFC confirmed that Jason High was injured during training and will not be able to face Ildemar Marajó at TUF Brasil 2 Finale. As a result, the show's organizers acted quickly and hired Leandro Buscapé from São Paulo.

With an MMA record of 11 wins and one draw, Buscapé tried to enter Ultimate through TUF Brasil 2. However, he ended up losing to David Viera in the last round before confinement. Now, by the irony of fate, he guarantees a place in the event that will define the champion of the second season of the UFC reality show in Brazil.

The TUF Brasil 2 Finale is scheduled to take place on June 8th, in Fortaleza, Ceará. In addition to the final of the reality show, the fight program features as its main attraction the long-awaited rematch between Rodrigo Minotauro e Fabricio Werdum, coaches of the program's season.
