the return of TJ Dillashaw after serving a two-year suspension for doping is one of the main news stories in the MMA world this week. The return of the former bantamweight champion (up to 61,2kg), although it excites some of the fans, does not please one person in particular. Victim of the former category leader on two occasions, cody garbrandt reignited the rivalry by questioning the legitimacy of his former friend and teammate.

“There’s nothing honest about this guy,” wrote Garbrandt, on his Twitter account. Twitter.
Two of the biggest names in recent bantamweight history, Cody and Dillashaw had one of the biggest rivalries in the category. The two faced each other twice and, both times, TJ came out on top, leading his opponent to a knockout in the title fights.
This Saturday (24), TJ returns to Ultimate after serving his suspension imposed by USADA (United States Anti-Doping Agency). Protagonist of UFC Las Vegas 32, the North American will face Cory Sandhagen and, if he wins, he could put himself in a great position to try to regain his old title.
A self-confessed dislike of Dillashaw, Garbrandt is going through a turbulent time within Ultimate. Former champion of the under-61,2kg group, the fighter has accumulated four defeats in his last five appearances, two of which were setbacks for TJ.
