Fifteenth place in the lightweight rankings (up to 70,3 kg), Thiago Moses He already has his next opponent in his sights. The Brazilian's goal is to face the New Zealander Dan Hooker, eighth in the division.
“A fight that would make sense would be against the Dan Hooker. He said he wanted the winner of my fight with Makhachev, but coming from two defeats, I don't think it would make sense for him. He has a lot of name and is well positioned in the rankings. It's a fight I would really like to do right now. It's a fighting style that favors me. Dan Hooker He’s a good striker, he has a good wingspan, but I believe I would win by submission”, said the Brazilian.
With two fights held in 2021, totaling one victory and one defeat, Thiago Moses intends to return to the octagon later this year.
“Thank God I’m healthy, well, without any injuries. Just a sore body, a little sore face, but nothing major, something that happens every fight. On Monday I'm going to go back to training, continue training and evolving to prepare for the next one. I intend to fight at the end of the year, November or December. I want to have one more fight this year”, he concluded.
