The big moment has arrived. This Saturday (10), Ultimate promotes one of the most anticipated events of the season. Altogether, the UFC 264, which takes place in Las Vegas (USA), will feature 13 fights and the main role will be the trilogy between Conor McGregor e Dustin poirier. Defeated by Valentina Shevchenko in the flyweight title fight, Jennifer maia returns to the Octagon looking to regain his status as a challenger. At the UFC 264, the Paraná native will face another victim of the champion, Jessica Eye. The winner will advance in the division and could get closer to a new fight for the title.

Today, Maia is in fourth place in the category. Although it depends on a great result this weekend, the Brazilian stated that she will need two more victories to challenge the champion.

Jennifer's opponent, Eye needs a positive result to avoid complications in the organization. Current number seven in the rankings, the American has lost three of her last five fights and hasn't won since December 2019, when she overcame Viviane Araujo.
