Mousasi gets angry with Wand's joke: 'Idiot of the year'

On Twitter, an Armenian criticizes fake news published by the Brazilian on April 1st

Many fans were amused by the “April Fools” joke published by the Brazilian Wanderlei Silva in your account at Twitter, in which he stated that he would replace Alexander Gustafson at UFC Sweden 2 – next Saturday (6). However, his hypothetical opponent, the Armenian Gegard Mousasi, didn't like the former PRIDE champion's April Fool's joke at all.

After commenting on the possibility of facing Wand this Monday (1), Mousasi, who was included without being warned in the joke, was harsh in his criticism. “Idiot of the Year 2013! Good job, idiot”, he said, at least Twitter, referring to Wanderlei and his attitude.

In addition to his own criticism, Mousasi also made a point of reproducing the negative comments of other users of the microblogging network. “Did anyone actually laugh at Wand’s joke?” said one of the replicated comments. “This whole 'April Fool' thing is stupid. But Wand lied to the media, he went too far,” said another.

The Armenian Gegard Mousasi continues with its uncertain fate, amid conflicting information, or even a lack of information about the future of UFC Sweden 2 and the injury of Alexander Gustafson. According to the website 'MMA Fighting', the Swedish MMA Federation expects an official decision on the matter to be taken this Tuesday (2).
