The case of transsexual Fallon Fox, who seeks from the United States athletic commissions the right to fight among women, gained another chapter, this Thursday (28). After the Brazilian Chris Cyborg revealing that she would have no problem measuring up against Fox, Peggy Morgan, the fighter who would face Fallon in the Championship Fighting Alliance, showed discomfort with the case.

“Socially she is a woman. But do I want to get in the ring with this person? Do I believe she has no physical advantage over me? I'm not convinced, and I truly believe it has advantages. I'm sure she wants to see herself as a great fighter, but I think a lot of her success has to do with the fact that she has advantages,” Morgan said in an interview with the North American website “MMA Junkie”.

PUBLICITY:

“I understand why people are supporting Fallon and I agree that it is important to fight for her rights, but I think it is also important to protect the safety of the other women at the event. Until I receive conclusive proof that a fight with Fallon would be fair, I will not step into the ring with her.”
