Ex-UFC, Matt Riddle has his first fight for Legacy FC in June

Little by little, fighters released by the UFC are being selected to debut in their new organizations. After Jon Fitch, who already has a fight scheduled for WSOF, it was Matt Riddle's turn to meet his first opponent at Legacy FC. The North American will face Artenas Young, at Legacy FC 21, on June 19th.

Matthew Riddle, who was a participant in the reality show TUF 7, was fired by Ultimate after being caught in a doping test for using marijuana twice in less than a year. “Deep Waters”, as he is known, will have his first fight outside the UFC in June. All twelve fights carried out by the athlete so far were for the biggest organization on the planet.

Legacy FC 21 is scheduled for June 19th, at Houston's Arena Theater, in Houston, Texas (USA). In addition to the fight between Riddle and Young, two other title fights are scheduled for the event: Wiiliam Bush faces Larry Crowe for the vacant middleweight title and Angel Huerta is awaiting an opponent for the fight valid for the vacant featherweight belt.
