Zumbi Coreano and Dan Ige headline the UFC Las Vegas 29 card taking place this Saturday

In addition to the main duel of the show, the show will also feature 12 fights and six athletes defending the Brazilian squad

O UFC Las Vegas This Saturday 29th (19th) brings a main fight that promises to shake up the top of the featherweight division. Heading the show, number four in the ranking Korean zombie measures forces against the 'explosive' Dan Ige, seventh place in the classification. In total, the card will have 12 fights, including six athletes defending the Brazilian squad.

On the main card of the event, a duel between Brazilians. The Paraná native Wellington Turman faces his compatriot Bruno 'Blindado' in a duel valid for the middleweight division (up to 83,9kg). Hired after participating in the 'Contender Series', Truman was defeated in two of his three fights in Ultimate and comes from a setback to Andrew Sanchez in August 2020. Blindado makes his debut in the organization. The Brazilian returns after a two-year suspension for doping and has triumphed in his last four career fights.

The 'Imortal' comes from two consecutive setbacks in the organization. His last triumph was the knockout over Ben Saunders in December 2019. The clash will be valid in the welterweight group (under 77,1kg).

Squad on the preliminary card

In a duel for the strawweight division (up to 52,1kg), the Brazilian Virna jandiroba seeks to return to the path of victories after defeat to Mackenzie dern in December 2020. On the other side of the octagon will be the Japanese Kanako Murata who debuted in the organization with a triumph over the veteran Randa markos last November.

In the second duel of the night, Brazilian Neto BJJ returns to the octagon after a long period away. His last fight was in the defeat to Nasrat Haqparast in August 2019. Inactivity shouldn't be a big problem for the Brazilian fighter as his opponent Ricky Gleen has been away from the octagon for even longer. The American's last commitment was in November 2018 when he suffered a setback to Kevin Aguilar by unanimous decision of the judges.

Ready for her third fight in Ultimate, Lara Procópio is looking for her second consecutive victory. Her opponent will be Scottish Casey O'Neill who is undefeated in professional MMA with six consecutive victories. The duel will be valid in the flyweight division (up to 56,7kg).
